At The Hot Yoga Chapel we highly recommend a regular and consistent yoga practice, although you will feel great after just one class, the real benefits come with consistent practice.  Hot Yoga is accumulative: the more you practice the better you feel! 

We recommend 2-3 classes per week to really see and feel the benefits - more if you can make it! We encourage unlimited memberships for maximum benefits. 

Our Maintenance option is however available for those students wanting less commitment. Find an option that works for you below, Class Passes & Drop-Ins available!

30-DAY INTRO
