  • Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid charge. Late cancellations and no-shows incur an £8 fee (half the drop-in rate). As a boutique studio with limited spots, this policy respects everyone's commitment and gives waitlisted members a fair chance to fill your place.

    Late Arrivals: For health and safety reasons, students arriving after the class start time may not be permitted to join, as entering once the room is heated and practice has begun can pose a risk to both the late arrival and other students. Where entry is refused on this basis, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the standard £8 fee will apply.

    Fees may be contested in cases of medical emergency or other circumstances beyond your control, provided supporting evidence is submitted in writing to info@thehotyogachapel.com within 24 hours of the missed booking. THYC will review each case individually and reserves the right to waive the fee at its discretion.

  • The Hot Yoga Chapel reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class in the following circumstances:

    1. Low Bookings: Where 4 or fewer students have booked a class, THYC reserves the right to cancel up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. This reflects the fixed operating costs of running a hot yoga class (heating, teacher fees, and premises overheads) regardless of attendance, as well as the shared energy needed to sustain a strong practice for all members.

    2. Emergency Circumstances: THYC reserves the right to cancel a class with less than 3 hours' notice due to unforeseen emergencies, including but not limited to teacher illness, accident, or injury. As such circumstances are outside our control, THYC cannot be held liable for cancellations made under this provision.

    In both cases, affected members will be notified as promptly as possible and offered a full class credit or the option to rebook onto an alternative class. No further compensation will be offered.

    By booking a class with THYC, members acknowledge and accept this policy as a condition of booking.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. I agree to purchase Fixed Unlimited Membership as an automatic monthly charge to my credit/debit card with the details I have provided below

    2. . I understand that I have signed up for a fixed term of 12 months, I understand the price I have received is based on this 12 months fixed period and cannot be canceled before then.

    3. I understand that this membership includes unlimited monthly classes with no restrictions on the classes I can book

    4. I understand that I can request to ‘freeze’ or suspend my membership free of charge 'freeze' for a minimum of 2 weeks consecutively up to 2 months. These suspensions can be made twice a year, additional suspensions after this will incur a £10 admin fee.

    5. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to update my credit/debit card details if there are any changes and I certify that I am the cardholder for the details I have provided

    6. I understand that this membership will automatically renew for another 12 months, after the initial 12-month period, unless I wish to cancel. I will notify THYC with 10 days' notice if I do not wish to auto-renew for the following year. 

    7.  I understand that my membership includes a buddy pass per month (restricted to new members only)

    8. I acknowledge that requests for suspension must be made in writing via email to: info@thehotyogachapel.com with at least 10 days' notice

    1. I agree to purchase a Flexible Unlimited Membership as an automatic monthly charge to my credit/debit card with the details I have provided below

    2. I understand that this membership contract is a rolling monthly membership being paid monthly unless I decide to cancel or suspend. 

    3. I understand that this membership is flexible / no-commitment meaning I can cancel anytime (providing 10 days' notice as per clause 8)

    4. I understand that this membership includes unlimited monthly classes with no restrictions on the classes I can book

    5. I understand that I can request to ‘freeze’ or suspend my membership free of charge 'freeze' for a minimum of 2 weeks consecutively up to 2 months. These suspensions can be made twice a year, additional suspensions after this will incur a £10 admin fee.

    6. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to update my credit/debit card details if there are any changes and I certify that I am the cardholder for the details I have provided

    1. I agree to purchase the Maintenance Membership as an automatic monthly charge to my credit/debit card with the details I have provided below.

    2. I understand that I have signed up for a rolling 3-month minimum term, and the price I have received is based on this minimum term and cannot be cancelled before then.

    3. I understand that this membership includes 5 classes per month, to be used at my discretion, valid across both the Ilkley and Leeds studios.

    4. I understand that unused classes do not roll over to the following month.

    5. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to update my credit/debit card details if there are any changes and I certify that I am the cardholder for the details I have provided.

    6. I understand that after the initial 3-month minimum term, my membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until I cancel. I will notify THYC with 10 days' notice if I wish to cancel.

    7. I acknowledge that standard late cancellation and no-show fees apply to all class bookings made under this membership.

    8. I acknowledge that requests to cancel or amend my membership must be made in writing via email to: info@thehotyogachapel.com with at least 10 days' notice.

    1. I agree to purchase the Annual Membership as a single upfront payment to my credit/debit card with the details I have provided below.

    2. I understand that I have signed up for a fixed term of 12 months and cannot be cancelled before then.

    3. I understand that this membership includes unlimited monthly classes with no restrictions on the classes I can book.

    4. I understand that this membership entitles me to 10% off all workshops and retreats.

    5. I understand that this membership includes unlimited buddy passes, valid for guests who are new to THYC only.

    6. I understand that this membership includes one complimentary private class with a teacher of my choice, to be booked within the 12-month term.

    7. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to update my credit/debit card details if there are any changes and I certify that I am the cardholder for the details I have provided.

    8. I acknowledge that standard late cancellation and no-show fees apply to all class bookings made under this membership.

    9. I acknowledge that any cancellation or non-renewal requests must be made in writing via email to: info@thehotyogachapel.com with at least 10 days' notice.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. I agree to purchase the Drop-In as a single upfront payment.

    2. I understand that this pass includes 1 class, to be used at my discretion with no restrictions on class type.

    3. I understand that this pass is valid for 1 day from the date of purchase, after the class credit will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

    4. I acknowledge that any no-show or late-cancelled booking will result in the loss of one class credit from this pass.

    5. I understand that this pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser.

    1. I agree to purchase the 5-Class Pass as a single upfront payment.

    2. I understand that this pass includes 5 classes, to be used at my discretion with no restrictions on class type.

    3. I understand that this pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, after which any unused classes will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

    4. I acknowledge that any no-show or late-cancelled booking will result in the loss of one class credit from this pass.

    5. I understand that this pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. I agree to purchase the 10-Class Pass as a single upfront payment.

    2. I understand that this pass includes 10 classes, to be used at my discretion with no restrictions on class type.

    3. I understand that this pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, after which any unused classes will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

    4. I acknowledge that any no-show or late-cancelled booking will result in the loss of one class credit from this pass.

    5. I understand that this pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. I agree to purchase the Mat & Towel Service as an add-on to my membership or pass, charged in addition to my regular membership/pass fees.

    2. I understand that this service provides one yoga mat and one yoga towel per class attended.

    3. I understand that this service is strictly for personal use and cannot be shared; it is valid for one yogi only.

    4. I understand that this service is available as an add-on to the following memberships and passes only: Unlimited Membership, Maintenance Membership, 30-Day Intro Pass, and Annual Pass.

    5. I understand that the Mat & Towel Service runs concurrently with, and expires alongside, the membership or pass it is attached to.

    6. I understand that I may request a one-time (one month only) Mat & Towel Service by emailing info@thehotyogachapel.com.

    7. I acknowledge that mats and towels remain the property of THYC and must be returned to the designated area after each class.
