At The Hot Yoga Chapel we offer the Original Bikram style Hot Yoga classes taught by experienced teachers specifically trained to teach the Original style Hot Yoga. Bikram Yoga is a fixed series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises (26+2) designed for providing health-giving benefits. This class is 90 minutes. The series of postures work every joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, system & cell of the body to maintain health and is practiced in a heated room of 40-42 degrees and 40% humidity. The heat supports deep stretching but also assists in the detoxification of the body through sweating and lymphatic movement. Some of the amazing benefits of practicing regular hot yoga: Improves flexibility Improves your mood and energy levels Better sleep Can help heal chronic pain such as arthritis, back pain, knee injuries, joint pain and inflammation Builds bone density Reduces stress Detoxification by sweating out toxins Provides a cardiovascular boost improving stamina Reduces blood glucose levels May help with weight loss Improved balance and coordination Nourishes the skin Increased mental focus and productivity The class is the same every time allowing you to easily track your progress, many of the benefits such as improved mood and better sleep you may notice after your first class! Hot Chapel HIIT is a fun, dynamic and high energy work-out class. Expect to work hard, sweat and have fun whilst building amazing strength and stamina! The high energy, pumping music, lighting and motivational teachers make working out fun! Hot Chapel HIIT uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) combined with Pilates and yoga principles and is specifically designed to compliment Original Hot Yoga. It’s high intensity, low impact. You'll create long, lean muscle and burn fat in this full body, effective workout.

This is a flow based class where the movements flow into one another to create dynamic and flowing sequences designed to relieve stress and tension, improve flexibility, strength and stamina and leave you feeling amazing. Get out of your head and into your body with Vinyasa flow! This class usually includes seated meditation, sun salutations, dynamic movement and asana practice and introductions to yoga philosophy. Every class will be different as the teacher designs the class with different themes, postures and effects in mind. Expect a dynamic practice where you will build a sweat, learn something new and learn to move with more grace and ease. All levels welcome including beginners, modifications and props will be offered.

A slow flow class specifically designed to increase range of motion and flexibility with the 26+2 series in mind. An informative but chilled and relaxing class.

Indulge in the slow, calm and mindful practice of yin yoga. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses designed to release deep held tension from the body and mind. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, fascia and the meridians. Some benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, improves sleep, increases circulation and improves joint mobility and calms and balances the body and mind. The room is gently warmed to allow for a comforting environment to support this deep releasing practice. The perfect class to compliment Hot Yoga for an all-rounded practice.

A special class incorporating elements of yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, vinyasa, embodied flow, yin and deep rest - a full rounded practice for every yogi to enjoy.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout combining Pilates and strength training. The class typically focuses on core strength, flexibility, and endurance, using exercises like squats, lunges, and abdominal work. The heat helps to increase flexibility and promote detoxification through sweating, while the Pilates moves target the deep muscles for a full-body workout. It's a challenging class designed to improve strength, tone, and overall fitness.
